Summary
Enables you to customise toolbars on your screen, to facilitate fast access to the features you use most often.

Do not redraw.
Delete all toolbars first.
Do not show dialogue box.
Toolbar is positioned at the top of the screen.
Toolbar is positioned at the bottom of the screen.
Toolbar is positioned at the left of the screen.
Toolbar is positioned at the right of the screen.
Text is displayed for each action on the toolbar.
Icons are displayed for each action on the toolbar.
Text and Icons are displayed for each action on the toolbar.
Not yet implemented, but must be included in the command line.
Toolbar buttons are drawn large enough to fit contents, therefore buttons could be different sizes.
Toolbar buttons are all the same sizes.

The amount of space (in screen pixels) you want displayed between the buttons and the edge of the toolbar.

Arbortext APP will not wrap the toolbar onto a new row or column if it does not fit.
