 Enables you to customise toolbars on your screen, to facilitate fast access to the features you use most often.

X  Delete all toolbars first.
!  Do not show dialogue box.
0  Toolbar is positioned at the top of the screen.
1  Toolbar is positioned at the bottom of the screen.
2  Toolbar is positioned at the left of the screen.
3  Toolbar is positioned at the right of the screen.
1  Text is displayed for each action on the toolbar.
2  Icons are displayed for each action on the toolbar.
3  Text and Icons are displayed for each action on the toolbar.
0  Not yet implemented, but must be included in the command line.
0  Toolbar buttons are drawn large enough to fit contents, therefore buttons could be different sizes.
