0  Switch avoid off. Text in any other frame will be allowed to flow through the current frame, as if it were not there.
1  Switch avoid on. Newly created frames have avoid turned on by default. When on, any text in a lower numbered frame will avoid the current frame.
Note that text in higher numbered frames is always allowed to impede on lower numbered frames. Text that has been assigned to an object graphic will never avoid any frame.
