The distance panned is 50% of the work area width or height, depending on exactly which macro is used.

percent:n

The percentage of the work area width or height to be panned down.

Example

The following example specifies a percentage of 35% to pan down the work area.This example also applies to the other window panning macros: wpl wpu wpr

The number of pixels (screen dots) to be panned down followed by a full point. The system uses this very precise form of the macro when cursor tracking is turned on with the ttrack macro.

The following example specifies a value of 100 pixels to pan down the work area. This example also applies to the other window panning macros: wpl wpu wpr

The exact distance between the appropriate edge of the page and the corresponding edge of the work area followed by a commat (@) symbol:

distance:um

The distance across the page that you wish to pan, independently of the current window zoom value. The parameter takes the form of a number with an optional decimal part followed by an optional unit of measurement, for example 10mm, 1in. If the unit of measurement is not specified, the vertical default unit from tdpref is used.
