Summary |
One of the three different types of rules that can be specified in a page sequence control stream (see associated keywords). The repeat_alt keyword behaves in a similar manner to repeat except that it selects which page to use based on a set of conditions. |

Repeat Alternatives (repeat_alt) behaves in a similar manner to repeat, i.e. it will create as many of the specified pages as required, either until the text stream attached to the frames on the layer is finished formatting, or until the maximum number of pages (max_repeats) is reached. However instead of repeating a single page, it selects which page to repeat based upon the conditions placed on the rules (see alt). The only rules considered are all the alt entries directly following the repeat_alt line until the first entry that is not alt. |
