Summary
The save and include keywords are of use when a publication spans several documents for which a single index is to be produced. Individual documents do not use the index keyword as normal, but should use the save keyword to save the index to a file. The final section - that in which the index will appear; uses the index keyword and one or more include keywords to specify the names of the index files that are to be included in the full index.
