Summary
This specifies a character map to use when ordering headings. The character map returns which index heading letter a particular index item will appear under. For example, index item 'books' uses the letter 'b' to index into the chosen headingmap character map, which might yield 'B' (so 'books' appears under 'B'). This map is useful for words using the extended character set.
