Variable Has Exactly Value Characters on Right

Summary
 This example makes the variable ^string1 have exactly the number of characters specified, by adding spaces to the right of it's current value.
 ^string1=Adv 1
 ^string1{5 2

In this case the result will be "Adv##" (# indicates space).
